Judges know that nothing can be done about their misconduct, and the judicial counsel is a sham. But feel free to post your experience with a biased judge that can be found on Google searches to alert other pro se litigants that they should immediately consider a peremptory challenge (to transfer the case to a different judge) before their case gets started.

Add a comment below regarding the case of Johnson v. Storix or your similar experience. The purpose of this post is to shed light on the extraordinary abuse pro se litigants face in civil courts, but not to vent frustration over a single bad decision of a judge. Every judge makes a bad decisions, even a really bad one. But the the focus is on serial maliciousness, evidence suppression, misinstructing juries, etc., withe the clear intention of sabotaging your case.
